Do you accept complete watches?
Yes. We accept both complete watches and individual dials. An additional fee applies for dial removal and reinstallation.
For straightforward refinishing, we recommend sending only the dial when possible to reduce cost and shipping risk. Please have a trusted watchmaker or jeweler remove it before shipping.
How should I ship my dial?
Once removed, the dial should be carefully padded and packaged, then shipped with a tracking number to ensure safe arrival. We treat every dial with the utmost respect and care from the moment it arrives, and keep you informed throughout the restoration process.
How long does refinishing take?
The refinishing process typically takes 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the dial and the type of work required.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is determined on a project-by-project basis, reflecting the complexity of the work. We explain the process, outline the steps, and provide a tailored estimate — and we only proceed once we have your approval.
What if an exact die doesn't exist?
Our expertise ensures the closest possible match is found, and we involve you in the process and seek approval before proceeding. For absolute precision, we offer in-house custome die plate febrication.
Do you preserve the original look?
Yes, unless you request something new.
In many cases, our goal is to preserve the historical dial and restore it as faithfully as possible. In other cases, a client may want a new color, custom printing, or a subtle design change.
Tell us what you have in mind. We are happy to discuss what is possible.
